Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
By using the AsaanaPay service, you expressly agree that use of the AsaanaPay service is at
your sole risk. The AsaanaPay service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Neither AsaanaPay, nor any of its associates, including but not limited to its directors,
employees, agents, designers, contractors, merchants (collectively, "Associates") warrant
that use of the AsaanaPay service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no
circumstances shall AsaanaPay or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the
AsaanaPay website, including but not limited to your reliance, on any information obtained
from the AsaanaPay service that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or
corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of
The foregoing limitation shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of AsaanaPay has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the AsaanaPay service.
AsaanaPay may charge a convenience fee for certain services. Other services may be offered at face value with no additional charge from AsaanaPay. All convenience fees are subject to change without prior notice. AsaanaPay may also provide discounts, cash-backs or incentives for certain services. Other services may be offered at face value with no additional discount, cash-back or incentive from AsaanaPay. All convenience incentives are subject to change without notice.
Paying for Your Order
AsaanaPay accepts multiple payment options. Payment options accepted now or to be accepted in the future include but are not limited to Visa®, MasterCard®, GH-Link®, MTN Mobile Money®, Airtel Money®, Tigo Cash®, AirtelTigo Money®, Vodafone Cash® American Express®, Discover®, PayPal®, M-PESA®, Tigo Pesa ®, Orange Money ®, Telkom T-KASH ®, Zamtel Mobile Money ®, Ghana Pay ®, AsaanaPay Wallet, AsaanaPay Redemption, AsaanaPay Swap. Since most orders are digitally delivered, credit/debit cards and or mobile money accounts are generally charged at the time you initiate an order.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will validate the information you give us, by verifying your method of payment. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you in-session, via text (sms) message, or using the e-mail address(es) or phone number(s) in your account(s). Your credit or debit card(s) will normally not be charged if we reject an order and will only be charged by the appropriate amount if we limit an order.
All sales made through the AsaanaPay service are subject to AsaanaPay's refund policy. For more on the refund process and conditions, please refer to the Refund Policy section of the AsaanaPay website.
Termination of Use
AsaanaPay may, in its sole discretion without prior notice, terminate your account(s) or your use of the AsaanaPay service at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. AsaanaPay reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the AsaanaPay service at any time without prior notice.

Information You Give Us
We receive and may store any information you enter on our websites or provide through our mobile applications, USSD and SMS channels, Social Media Channels, Email and Customer Support Channels. For example, we collect information from you when you create an account, place an order, use, try, or explore any of our services. The information we collect from you include but are not limited to:
- Your Full Name
- Your Phone Number(s)
- Your E-mail Address(es)
- Location Information
- Your Payment Preferences
- Your Preferred Products and Services
- Your Uploaded photo/avatar
- Your Preferred Username
- Your social media handles
We may also collect information from or about you from other sources, such as through your contact with us, including our customer support team, your results when you respond to surveys, polls, questionnaires, when you provide feedback, your interactions with members of AsaanaPay or other companies (subject to their privacy policies and applicable law), and from other accounts we have reason to believe you control (whether in part or in whole). Additionally, for quality and training purposes or for its own protection, AsaanaPay may monitor or record any communications with you or anyone acting on your behalf. By communicating with AsaanaPay, you acknowledge that your communication may be overheard, monitored, or recorded without further notice or warning.
Third Party Sources
Some of our websites, sms, ussd, web and mobile applications may collect certain information such as the type of mobile device you are using. To allow any application to identify your location, you must enable this functionality through your mobile device's settings to allow the use of technologies such as Wi-Fi, GPS signals, cell tower position, or other technologies. AsaanaPay has no control over your device's settings.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use the information we collect for things such as and not limited to:
- Fulfilling orders and requests for services or information Processing returns, exchanges and layaway requests
- Tracking and confirming online orders
- Marketing and advertising products and services
- Conducting research and analysis
- Establishing and managing your accounts with us
- Communicating things like special events, sweepstakes, promotions and surveys
- Facilitating interactions with AsaanaPay and others, such as enabling you to e-mail or share a link with a friend
- Operating, evaluating and improving our business
Additionally we may contact you via electronic means to notify you regarding your account,
to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies
owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, or as otherwise necessary to
service your account.
Furthermore, we may contact you to offer coupons, discounts and promotions, and inform
you about AsaanaPay Services.
Finally, we may contact you as necessary to enforce our policies, applicable law, or any agreement we may have with you. When contacting you via phone, to reach you as efficiently as possible we may use, and you consent to receive, autodialled or pre-recorded calls and text messages. Where applicable and permitted by law, you may decline to receive certain communications.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement
HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
AsaanaPay does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. AsaanaPay may share your information with partner merchants to facilitate delivery of a service. We may share your information with partners to perform services on our behalf such as but not limited to: Updating customer accounts when a bill is paid Scheduling and performing services Fulfilling subscription services In certain cases, we may be required to share personal information in response to a regulation, court order or subpoena. We may also share information when we believe it's necessary to comply with the law. We may also share information to respond to a government request or when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of AsaanaPay, our customers, or others; to prevent harm or loss; or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual unlawful activity.
HOW WE PROTECT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
AsaanaPay uses reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information under our control and appropriately limit access to it. AsaanaPay cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. We use a variety of information security measures to protect your online transactions with us. Our website uses encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL protects information you submit via our websites such as ordering information, including your name, email address and your payment details.
YOUR CHOICES REGARDING THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You may choose to:
- Update and correct your personal information
- Cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services
Should you require us not to withdraw approval to collect and process your information,
you are choosing to cancelling your AsaanaPay account with us.
To do any of these, let us know by one of these methods:
- Follow the directions in a marketing e-mail or direct mail or mobile communication that you receive from us

- Send a signed letter with your request and current contact information to our address.
AsaanaPay - Chargeback Policy
What is a Chargeback?
A chargeback is a reversal of a credit card transaction by your bank. Chargebacks are usually performed when fraudulent purchases have been made on a person's credit card. You can initiate such a request if you find a charge on your account that you did not authorize, or a charge for an item that you did not receive. If you need to request a chargeback, please contact us first so we can help you resolve the issue. In most cases, our refund policy is the appropriate route to take instead of a chargeback request.
How does AsaanaPay handle Chargebacks?
When AsaanaPay receives a chargeback notice, the account from which the service was purchased is immediately blocked, and all associated services in the account are suspended. Without additional information, our policy is to treat chargebacks as a result of fraudulent activity. As a result, AsaanaPay will suspend your account and send you an email and/or sms/text notification, requesting that you contact us to resolve the issue and reactivate your AsaanaPay account. AsaanaPay will evaluate all chargebacks requests received. In cases where it is deemed to be fraudulent, the case will be turned over to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
How do I cancel a Chargeback?
To undo a chargeback, you must contact your bank to issue a chargeback reversal. Please contact AsaanaPay to inform us when the reversal is initiated so we can make a note on your account.
AsaanaPay - Refund Policy
All transactions done on AsaanaPay are final and any requests for refunds are subject to review For certain services, AsaanaPay may refund any convenience fees associated with the purchase AsaanaPay will not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from a wrong transaction AsaanaPay may pass on any costs incurred for conducting a refund Where required by law, refunds associated with certain transactions may be eligible for different treatment.
RIGHT TO REFUND
You, the customer, are entitled to request a refund of your payment as the result of this
agreement if the service being paid for is not received/delivered from the service provider.
If you want a refund, you must send an email to AsaanaPay, or deliver your written request
to AsaanaPay at our registered office.
All refund requests will be dealt with high priority, and once reviewed and approved will be returned back to the original source of payment( eg. Mobile money account, or bank card )
Note for Postpaid Services
AsaanaPay does not normally provide refunds for transactions performed through our channels. However, under exceptional cases we will work with the biller to review your particular circumstance to address any issues you raise.
Note for Prepaid
AsaanaPay may conduct a detailed investigation of all refund requests for prepaid services. In cases where it is possible to "return" the services already paid we will endeavour to process a return.
Nothing in our refund policy infringes on your rights to contest the decisions of your refund request by AsaanaPay through your payment brand's refund/chargeback process.
AsaanaPay is compliant with each of the payment brands policies. It should be noted, however, that by using AsaanaPay you are subject to the terms and conditions of our service.
